Please use the format below or alternatively you can download our return form and send it to us.
Once the return request is submitted, our friendly Customer Care assistant will be in touch with you within 1-2 working days to arrange a pick-up date and time. Do take note that returns without authorization will not be accepted. This is including returns mailed to our corporate office directly.
Please make sure you’ve received the product(s) in the first place. You can’t request a return for orders that are still in transit.
