Upon successful return of product(s), it may take up to 15 working days for us to process the refund.
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method (Debit/Credit Card or Shop Pay).
Below are the possibilities as to why your product(s) may be rejected:
- Unsuitable condition
- Non-returnable products
- Wrong item delivered
We reserve the right to reject the product(s) and may send back the product(s) to the original delivery address at the cost of the customer. No exchange or refund will be processed.
The refund amount will only include the price of the returned product(s) and will not include the cost of the delivery fees.
